Shop Fox W1708 Review: I received my Shop Fox 12 inch disc sander within 3 days of placing the order with Amazon. The sander arrived without any damage although the box showed some evidence of rough handling but the Styrofoam molded inner packing protected as it was designed. The unit is heavy for its size 73lbs and I'm sure it was work for all the hands that handled this unit before it arrived at my door. I researched 12 inch disc sanders before choosing the Shop Fox.
