Streamlight 76813 Review: I'm a retired law enforcement officer and I wish we had these back in the day. I wish we had tasers too but that's how it goes. I think this would have incapacitated (the pulse feature not the light handle!) just enough to be able to subdue violent or potentially violent individuals.The light itself is powerful and easy to use.I would have given this 5 stars had it come with the charger like the streamlights I used to use did but it didn't so one star had to go.2 of ...
